PrayCo (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the PrayCo mobile application (“the App”).

If you choose to subscribe to PrayCo Supporter, we receive limited data from Apple App Store, Google Play, and our subscription provider RevenueCat — specifically your subscription status, product ID, expiration date, and an anonymous user identifier. We never receive your payment card details. See Section 10 for details.

Your data is stored on Google Firebase servers. Firebase data centers are located in the European Union and/or the United States, depending on the service. Google Firebase complies with GDPR and maintains appropriate data protection safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses for international data transfers.

Google services are subject to Google's Privacy Policy. RevenueCat is subject to RevenueCat's Privacy Policy. These services process data in pseudonymized or aggregated form where applicable.
When you join a group, the following data becomes visible to other group members:

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable privacy laws, you have the following rights:
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
You may update or correct your personal information at any time via the App (Profile › Edit profile).
You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Profile › Delete my account). This will permanently remove your user data from our systems.
You may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
You may request that we limit how we process your data in certain circumstances.
You may object to the processing of your data based on legitimate interest at any time.
Where we process data based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority. In France, this is the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des LibertΓ©s (CNIL): www.cnil.fr.
PrayCo is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete that data promptly.
The App does not use cookies. However, Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics may use device identifiers and instance IDs to provide their services. These are not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of your country of residence, including the United States, where Google's Firebase servers and RevenueCat servers are located. We ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws through:

When you create a PrayCo account, you may receive the following emails:

You can unsubscribe from all PrayCo email communications at any time by clicking the “Se désabonner” (unsubscribe) link included in the footer of every email we send. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately and will not affect your account or your data.

Email communications are sent on the basis of legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), as they relate directly to the service you signed up for. You can object to this processing at any time by unsubscribing (see above).
